I am using Windows XP and a very old TV capture card that has no drivers for Windows XP. Fortunately, it works with K!TV.
My goal is to get video from my TV capture card to ustream.tv. (I am using my capture card to pick up S-video input which I want to broadcast.)
For my first attempt, I used K!TV and displayed the image on the screen. Then I used WebcamMax to capture an area of the screen that contains the K!TV display.
This does not work. When captured, no video image appears - it is only black. This is because K!TV draws to the overlay layer.
Can I make K!TV draw normally instead of using the overlay?
Or, can you think of any other solution to my problem?
If there was a plugin that made K!TV behave like a webcam, that would solve all of my problems.

Hi,
First you need to create a channel dedicated to your video input.
K!TV only support overlay for the display in its current version.
To capture video you can use the plugin Zoomout which is included in the package.
